It takes more than looks to play this role Gerard Butler sizzles into kickbutt stardom A&E, July 23. In response to the comment that Gerard Butler made in this article: "Am I scared of playing The Phantom? Bloody hell, yes! But I also expect to enjoy myself. Because if I have fun, then you'll have fun. Right, mate?" It will take more than having "fun" to pull off playing the role of The Phantom. It takes talent to sing like Michael Crawford. Remember, the "hunk" will be wearing a mask and will have to depend on his voice.
